The box type steel structure derrick is a landmark mine ascension facilities. We had the special welding and installation branch, and gained the Alevel qualification of the national steel structure manufacture. We have the submerged arc automatic welding machine, the automatic cutting machine, the large edge milling machine, the large assembly platform and other professional equipments. In the production of the derrick, we are serious with the welding quality by strict ultrasonic, X-ray, and magnetic powder track inspections. We are "A" level spraying unit with the state issued thermal spaying permits We can ensure the 30 years no change of the anti-corrosion quality which solved the large-scale steel structure long-termanti-corrosion problem.
According to the way of hoisting: single rope headframe, multiple rope headframe.

According to use scope: main shaft headframe and auxiliary shaft headframe.
Main shaft headframe is mainly used for hoisting coal, auxiliary shaft headframe mainly used for hoisting waste rock ,equipment and people.
According to the participating inpit sinking,it consists of oar type and L-A type.
The oar type is not participating in pit sinking, and is only used for hoisting.L-A type is used for both pit sinking and hoisting.
Structure of headframe:
Headframe consists of main inclined leg, auxiliary inclined leg and erect frame. Oar type headframe without auxiliary inclined leg.
